What does man really want? When he does not have it, he is dissatisfied and covets. When he DOES Have it, he is STILL Dissatisfied and Wants MORE. It seems that there is no pleasing man; there is an innate insatiable appetite for that which eludes him. How sad if man, even the wisest man, cannot find satisfaction and fulfillment in life.
In the ancient days, long life was enjoyed. Only the simple enjoyed life in good health with a happy family. There would be the normal worries even within a happy family; like Job who constantly worried about his family.
Every person must find their own meaning or destiny in life.
This dissatisfaction comes from the fact that man is fallen; sin is presiding.
A daily time out with the Lord Jesus, to hear Him speak to ME. I am asking the Lord to share HIS thoughts with ME, to teach me more about Himself, and how I can be drawn closer to Him... for 'His thoughts are not my thoughts and neither are His ways my ways' Isaiah 55:8,9. This blog is not a theological exegesis. This blog is to record down the INSIGHTS & INSPIRATIONS of God's Word to me; speaking LIFE into my life for Abundant life! :)
