When the Spirit of the Lord comes upon Saul, there was a strong anointing; Saul became changed and the gift of prophesying came on him. Yet, he was still afraid and hid away when Samuel came to appoint him as king in the sight of the people.
It takes time to walk in God's ways. One must learn to yield to God's anointing and be constantly filled. This is what is said in Ephesians 5:18
A daily time out with the Lord Jesus, to hear Him speak to ME. I am asking the Lord to share HIS thoughts with ME, to teach me more about Himself, and how I can be drawn closer to Him... for 'His thoughts are not my thoughts and neither are His ways my ways' Isaiah 55:8,9.
