How awesome is Love! The power of love is amazing with a strong chemistry between the couple in love. Everything about the maiden is lovely in the sight of the lover; the maiden is content with her beloved. A simple love relationship which unites two as one; having no eyes for another!
God's love for us is like that too... deep; strong; personal; exquisite.
He proved it with Jesus on the cross.
v10 "I am my beloved's, and His desire is for me."
What is MY response to one who loves me so deeply? Some play hard to get; some prefer to do the 'courting' than to be courted. Some play the harlot; yet others do not appreciate the simplicity of such powerful love that is freely given.
A daily time out with the Lord Jesus, to hear Him speak to ME. I am asking the Lord to share HIS thoughts with ME, to teach me more about Himself, and how I can be drawn closer to Him... for 'His thoughts are not my thoughts and neither are His ways my ways' Isaiah 55:8,9. This blog is not a theological exegesis. This blog is to record down the INSIGHTS & INSPIRATIONS of God's Word to me; speaking LIFE into my life for Abundant life! :)
