We live in this world, which has its OWN Standards and of we are subject to, to most of them anyways. But it is a PERSONAL choice to subject self to the World's standards or Christ's standards. We must KNOW one to Identify the other; ACCEPT one to Deny the other. Question is: How?
v3,4 we may be living in this world; there is a war going on... are we aware of it? If so, what weapons are we using to fight?
The WAR ~ strongholds in our lives
The WEAPON ~ divine
The EFFECT ~ demolishment & victory
The WINNER ~ Christians
v6 we can only PUNISH disobedience when our Obedience is COMPLETE. So true, if one does not graduate first, how can he teach others?
If one is not Authorized, how can he give commands that will be carried out?
The MOST IMPORTANT Bottomline is: to be COMMENDED by the Lord.
A daily time out with the Lord Jesus, to hear Him speak to ME. I am asking the Lord to share HIS thoughts with ME, to teach me more about Himself, and how I can be drawn closer to Him... for 'His thoughts are not my thoughts and neither are His ways my ways' Isaiah 55:8,9.
